Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Taskdop, you accept these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization. If you do not accept the Terms, you may not use the platform. In the event of any changes, your continued use of the platform within 30 days of the change date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your account. You must protect your password and notify Taskdop immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access.

• You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
• Sharing an account among multiple people is prohibited.
• You may not use your account for violation, attack, or illegal purposes.
• You warrant that the content you share on the platform (task titles, descriptions, files) complies with applicable laws.
• Minor users may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Service Description

Taskdop is a cloud-based platform that enables teams to hand off tasks. The Service includes:

• Task creation, assignment, and delegation
• Task timeline and history recording
• Nudge and notification system
• Team management and reporting
• API access (depending on your plan)
• Integrations (Slack, email, etc.)

Taskdop reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features to improve the Service. Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Planned maintenance may cause downtime; such downtime will be scheduled during off-peak hours where possible.

4. Payment and Billing

Current prices for our paid plans are listed on our pricing page.

• Billing is monthly or annually, paid in advance.
• Annual plans are charged in a single payment at the start of the period.
• Plan changes are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card and bank transfer (Enterprise).
• Overdue invoices are given a 7-day grace period. Service may be suspended after this period.
• Upon cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing period; no refunds are provided.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you create on the platform (tasks, descriptions, files). You grant Taskdop a limited license to store, process, and display this content on the platform.

All rights to Taskdop's brand, logo, interface design, and software belong to Taskdop. You may not use these elements without prior written permission. We reserve the right to evaluate your feedback and suggestions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Taskdop provides the service "as-is." No express or implied warranties are given. Taskdop does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The target uptime is 99.9%, and in case of SLA violation, liability is limited to the service fee specified in Team and Enterprise plans. Under no circumstances shall Taskdop be liable for indirect or consequential damages (data loss, business interruption, loss of profits). Taskdop shall not be liable in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemic, government intervention).

7. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation is done through your account settings.

Taskdop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms
• Illegal activity
• Behavior that threatens platform security
• Failure to meet payment obligations

Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days. For termination due to violation, this period may be reduced to 7 days. No refunds are given for the remaining billing period. You are responsible for notifying your affected users of the termination.

8. Privacy

Our privacy policy is published at taskdop.com/gizlilik . By using the platform, you accept this policy. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is provided to Team and Enterprise customers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices. Disputes are subject to mediation in the first instance. Consumer rights under applicable law are reserved.
